Remove the leaves below the water line.

While holding the stem under water, cut 2 to 3 cm ​off the stems. Do not let the stem dry out.

Place your sunflowers in a tall vase to ​provide adequate support for their height.

Fill the vase with water and add flower feed ​to help nourish your sunflowers.

If possible leave your flowers in a cool dark room to ​condition for a few hours after arranging.

Temperature is an important factor in the vase life of ​these flowers. So display your fresh-cut sunflowers in ​a cool area, out of direct sunlight and away from drafts ​and heat.

You are welcome to stay in the patch ​as long as you wish. Last entry is ​4pm and the patch will close at 5pm.

Entry to the Farm Barn is an additional ​£4 per child, however it is included in ​PYO Strawberry and Maize Maze tickets.

Yes dogs are welcome, but please keep ​them on a lead!

The sunflower patch is not ​recommended for wheelchairs and ​pushchairs.

This is dependent on crop ​availability. We anticipate it to be ​open around 2-3 weeks.

We are expecting the wildflowers to ​be ready around the end of August.
